Client Reviews

I had a great experience working with Megan. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. She helped get my apartment rented quickly, thoroughly followed up on the applicants, and guided me through the process from listing to lease signing. I appreciated her communication and willingness to answer my questions along the way. I would definitely work with her again and recommend her to other property owners.

We have been with Slate’s management now for one year and I can say with certainty that they do a great job for us as residents and for our building as a whole. The team is kind and responsive. They work proactively to solve maintenance issues and keep our unit and the building in great shape!

Megan and her team have been the partners we needed. Her management company is just the right size to be responsive in a timely manner. They've done wonders for our coop in one year!

Referred to me by a friend and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Megan was very helpful and accommodating to my request, answered all my questions and followed up on all my requests. Anything that I was unsure off or felt I was not going to be able to get she was able to provide a good alternative or solution. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in finding a home or apartment to reach out.

Slate Realty gets the jobs done correctly and on time. My office interior needed repair and while other companies were not able to fix it, Someone from Slate came in and fixed it right away. They found out the root of the broken part and fixed in on time. Absolutely will use them only.

Excellent company. Megan and her staff are attentive and knowledgeable. We have had an extremely positive experience with Slate.

Slate Realty did an amazing job in selling my property. They were attentive to my needs as well as my tenants needs. They helped relocate one of my tenants in order to hasten the sale of the property. Thank you all for the hard work and dedication. I look forward to working with you in the future.

This was my first time working with Megan P. She was professional, prompt, and courteous. She was always available anytime I needed to ask any questions and knowledgeable. She worked with me and my partner to get approved for an apt/studio. Malachi P was great to work with as well. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. It was a pleasure working with them.

I will like to extend my gratitude to Malachi. He was extremely warm, respectful and most of all phenomenal in every aspect. His outstanding ability to carry out his job was done effortless. Much appreciated !

Ms Megan was just absolutely amazing. The communication was great: She response promptly to your messages and always returns your call. The paperwork was straight forward and she ensures that you have a copy of everything. 10/10 highly recommended.

I’ve been using Megan for nearly ten years. She has found all of my tenants for my apartments. Professional, super knowledgeable, and the best at vetting potential tenants. I really would never use anyone else. Give Slate Realty a try and form a lifetime relationship.

I usually forget to post a review when I have a good experience, but I wanted to make sure and do the opposite this time. The staff was warm and welcoming. They even took the time to educated me on my expectations as it was related to the real estate market, which no other company I called did before. I would highly recommend this Black Owned Business!
